Spreading Shia teachings an offence in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: A high-rank official in Malaysia said on Tuesday that Malaysians can be Shia Muslims but cannot spread the sect's teachings.

Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom, the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department while talking to reporters said it was an offence to spread the Shia teachings to other Muslims.

"Anyone whether Buddhists, Hindus have a right to practise their faith but it is an offence to spread the teachings to Muslims," Jamil told in Kuala Lumpur.


  "Knowledge is better than wealth because it protects you while you have to guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE ..
