Love display for Imam Hussain (AS): Child offers prayer on fire

LUCKNOW, India: A 12-year-old boy in
Lucknow on Saturday Muharram 9, February 19, offered prayer (namaz)
while sitting on fire in a display of deep love and devotion for
Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), grandson of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SW),
who presented matchless supreme sacrifices in the scorching plain of
Karbala to uphold truth.
Asif Ali said: “This is the first time I did this. My uncle used to do
it, he has now gone to Iran and so I wanted to follow the tradition
and that's why I did it.”
Asif's father Muhammad Ali said he was elated with Asif's devortion
for Imam Hussain (AS) at a very young age.
