Fatimiyah celebrations start in Saudi Arabia

AL-QATIF, Saudi Arabia: Marking Zekraa Milad or the birth anniversary of Mistress of the World Women Sayedah Fatimah Az-Zahraa (p), daughter of holy Prophet Muhammad (p), celebrations commenced across the oil-rich Mo'minin-dominated eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

In Al-Jarudiyah, Al-Qatif, the occasion is being celebrated as 'Osboo Az-Zahraa Ath-Thaqafi' (Az-Zahraa Cultural Week) that began on Thursday night 16 Jamadi Al-Akhera and will culminate on Monday night 20 Jamadi Al-Akhera.

During the week, celebrations are held at husseiniyah Omm-i-Muhammad (p), husseiniyah Al-Aseel, husseiniyah Al-Imam Ali (p).

In Al-Matirfi, Al-Ahsaa, a big celebratory function is scheduled to be held at husseiniyah Az-Zahraa (p) on Saturday night 18 Jamadi Al-Akhera.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe “Universal Ayyam-e-Azmat-e-Niswan” [Universal Days of Women Dignity] from 13-17 July in connection with the Wiladat Ba Saadat of Dukhtar-e-Rasool Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra Al-Batool (S.A.).
