ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has declared the Supreme Court’s verdict on Panama as a historic decision and victory for the Pakistan and the constitution of Pakistan while an exemplary lesson for the dictators and said that all forces must remember that the pride hath a fall. Addressing to a condolence program of Youm e Shuhada (i.e. the day of martyrs) organized to pay tributes to the martyrs of terrorism from Parachanar to Lahore on Friday, he said that the decision given by the Supreme Court is not a victory for any particular person or party but it is a victory of the entire nation and Pakistan. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan was founded on the name of Islam while the purpose of an Islamic state is the establishment of Justice. Therefore, the holy Quran in its Surah e Nisaa says that O the believers, be the flag bearer of justice and witness for the Waseela of God even if your own parents or relatives get affected by your justice. He said that the prime cause of the problems spread all across the world is lack of Justice and fair play.

He said that Pakistan has been a victim of terrorism for the last four decades, more than seventy thousand lives have been lost, damages of billions and trillions of dollars bore however, the courageous armed forces of Pakistan and other security agencies of Pakistan are fighting against terrorism. He lamented that ignoring all the sacrifices of Pakistan, the American foreign ministry’s annual report of terrorism 2016, aligned Pakistan with countries like Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Philippine and accused Pakistan for having safe houses and camps of terrorism and that Pakistan does not act against extremists and terrorists and the report also demanded Pakistan to do more. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the chief of colonial powers knows that Pakistan played the role of front line state after 9/11 while the bloodshed in Afghanistan continues till date which has affected Pakistan the most while Pakistan performed the biggest operations against terrorism that started from Almeezan, and included Rah e Haq, Rah e Nijaat, Raah e Sirat e Mustaqeem, Rah e Raast, Koh e Sufaid, Sher dil, Zarb e Azab, RaddulFasaad, and now Khyber-4.

Agha Moosavi said that the way terrorists do not discriminate on the basis of Sunni, Shia, Deobandi, Barelvi or minorities while killing innocent people similarly, Pakistan’s courageous armed forces also do not discriminate terrorists on such basis and equally fighting against all of them. He said that the three states anti Pakistan alliance associates every incident of terrorism with Pakistan which was proved in Riyadh conference where India was declared as a victim of terrorism and its purpose was to deviate attention from Indian and Israeli atrocities in Kashmir and Palestine. Agha Moosavi demanded from the UN, Amnesty International, ICJ, to take notice of the aggression and brutality all across the world and take steps to ensure justice for the oppressed people. Paying tributes to the martyrs of freedom movements in Kashmir and Palestine and the martyrs of terrorist attacks in Pakistan Agha Moosavi vowed to keep supporting the oppressed and condemning the oppressors.
