KOHAT, Pakistan: KPK Shia Qaumi Jirga has dema nded to save the people of Parachinar Kurram Agency from terrorists infiltrating from Afghanistan. Every call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali shah Moosavi will be followed for achievement of Shiites rights. Pakistan-Afghanistan frontier boundary should be completed as soon as possible, border management may be made effective, Parachinar’s security may be handed over to the Kurram Militia, such officers should be transferred who are fanning bias and making situation even worse. There is no Shia-Sunni conflict in Pakistan and the banned parties desire to turn Pakistan into a battlefield just to feed their own stomach and derive aid. Including peaceful people in Schedule-IV is tantamount to enraging peaceful people against the Action Plan and the Chief Justice and the Army Chief should take notice thereof. Continued incidents of terrorism in the country including Balochistan are the cause of concern. The banned parties are roaming about freely. Each and every provision of the National Action Plan should be implemented with sincerity of purpose and terrorists spread all over the country in different areas should be handled with sincerity of purpose. The 39-State Alliance is the American conspiracy aimed at dividing the Islamic World. An army alliance comprising OIC should be formed in which all Muslim States should be included. Delaying tactics should not be used on the merger of FATA into Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Holiday should be announced on 21 Ramazan on the Shahadat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali IbneAbiTalib for provinces and the centre. The threats posed to the shrines of Sha’air Allah, HarmainSharifain, Bait Allah, Masjid-e-Nabvi, Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), pious SahabaKubaar, UmmahatulMomineen (R.A), Aulia Karaam while the Islamic world should lay down a combined line of action to avoid implementing their beliefs on others. JannatulBaqee and JannatulMoallah will be reconstructed while rights of all Masalak, provinces and nationalities should be ensured. These views were expressed by Pir Shahnesha Hussain Naqvi, Syed Shujaat Ali Bukari, and other elites at a Press conference held at Qaumi Imam Bargah Sherkot Hangu Road Kohat after Qaumi Jirga.
While explaining the main points of the declaration adopted at the Qaumi Jirga, Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari made it clear that the National Action Plan was the voice of every patriotic Pakistani but it is a matter of concern that only a couple of provisions were implemented as a result of which terrorism is not rooted out yet and such incidents are taking place the day in and day out when statements and advices of banned parties and leaders are not telecast on media. On the other hand dozens of peaceful persons are included in the Schedule-IV the purpose of which is to defame the Action Plan while banned parties, their workers and leaders have been given a clean chit and are roaming about freely.
He said the Qaumi Jirga has fully supported the Operation Raddul Fasaad and has called upon the government to harmonise relations with the Pakistan Army so that this operations sees a logical end and befitting reply could be made to the accusations leveled against Pakistan by India, Afghanistan and America. He said that Pakistan’s inclusion in the 39-State Alliance is negation of Pakistan’s targets. Not including a certain country in the alliance created in the garb of opposing Deshposes a question mark. He said Army Alliance comprising OIC should be formed so as to confront terrorism and to achieve independence of Kashmir and Palestine and to stop atrocities in other countries including Burma.
Shujaat Bokhari said the motherland Pakistan was not created in the name of any sect but in the name of Islam and all its solidarity demands that rights of all Masalik, provinces and nationalities should be taken care of. He said it is a matter of concern that owing to poisonous effects, particularly of Zia’s tyranny, the Maktab-e-Tashih is deprived of their rights and there is no true representation of theirs in all government institutions including Pakistan Ideology Council, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee and Federal Shariat Court and only ‘yes men’ have been included in these organisations. He therefore demanded ideological representation to the Maktab-e-Tashih in all these institutions. He said that implementation of May 21 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for Shia demands may be ensured. He demanded security during the coming events viz. Universal Youm Al-Huzn to mark the Wisal of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) of Ramazan 10, Shahadat of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi on Ramazn 13, International Youm-e-Amn to mark the Wiladat Purnoor of ShahzadaSulah-e-AmanHazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.), Universal Ayyam-e-Aza in connection with Shahadat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali IbneAbiTalib (A.S.), all Shabqadars, JashanNazool-e-Quran, JummatulWidahYoum Al-Quds HimayatMazloomin, and Universal YoumInhidam-e-Jannatul Baqee programme.
ShujaatBokhari reiterated his resolve that this motherland was created by Shia-Sunni brethren jointly and they will shed every drop of their blood for the protection of this motherland in every hour of trial to come. He said today atrocities are being committed against the oppressed the world over and powerful are considered to be on the right path, particularly atrocities against Muslims in Kashmir, Palestine, Burma, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria and Bahrain are crossing all limits. He said every oppressed person is praying for the appearance of Imam Mehdi Maood (A.S.) so that justice becomes the order of the day in accordance with the Hadees-e-Mustafvi and oppression is rooted out for ever. In the end he prayed for the safety of UlemaKaraam, solidarity of the country, rooting out of terrorism and unity of the Islamic World.
